Party Hire

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If your booking is cancelled prior to your scheduled delivery day, there will be no charges incurred. We understand that unexpected things arise, things don’t always go as planned and sometimes mother nature can play havoc with our plans, so we stay flexible with your booking and delivery requirements.

If you cancel on the day of delivery or upon the truck arriving to complete your delivery, the full charge of your hire will still be incurred.

How much does it cost to have the toilet pumped out?

There is no extra cost for pumping out of the toilet. Our pricing is all inclusive and there are no hidden extras.

What if we have an emergency during our hire period and need someone to come and clean or pump our toilet?

Extra costs apply for emergency call outs and are charged for the time spent to travel to & from your location and the time taken to perform the clean, charged at $132 per hour, this would be discussed with you if the occasion arose.

What if no one is there when the delivery arrives?

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions if no one is available to show us where toilets should be placed. You can draw us a map, leave detailed instructions or even place a wiz bin in the position you would like the toilet – we can make it work!

How do I pay for my hire?

All payments for events, functions and party hires are to be pre-paid prior to the event, unless you have an existing account with us or have made prior arrangements with management.

Is there insurance or damage waiver for my party or event hire?

No, all insurances for the hire are the responsibility of the hirer. For the duration that the equipment is on hire, from delivery to pick-up, the hirer is responsible for the equipment and liable for any damage or destruction that occurs to the equipment.
